Mind, Body, and Breath Therapy Group

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until July 23, 2022
For adults who have experienced trauma, or experience extreme states.
This group will use trauma specific yoga with use of mindfulness, movement, and the breath, to increase awareness of our bodies, better regulate stress responses, and to increase ability to feel calmer and safer.
In network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, and accepting out of network insurances.
